We will provide training to our employees and contractors to ensure they understand:

  • The risks and indicators of modern slavery and human trafficking.

  • How to report concerns or incidents related to modern slavery.

  • Their role in supporting our commitment to preventing modern slavery.

7. Reporting and Monitoring

We encourage all employees and contractors to report any concerns related to modern slavery. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation through our whistleblowing procedure.

We will monitor and review our anti-slavery efforts by:

  • Regularly reviewing the effectiveness of our policies and procedures.

  • Investigating any reports of modern slavery or human trafficking.

  • Taking corrective action where necessary.

 

8. Responsibility for the Policy

The board of directors has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations. Management at all levels is responsible for ensuring that those reporting to them understand and comply with this policy.

9. Breach of Policy

​

Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.

10. Review and Updates

​

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure its continued effectiveness and alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
